Total volume: 5.000 liter. Effective filling with cream: 2.500 liter.
Output of butter 1.250 kg. Cast iron gearbox.
Variable speed, several gears – 2 directions.
Churning and kneading. Protecting bar.
Manhole inside round Ø 60 cm.
The inside of the churn is specially treated to prevent butter
from sticking to the wall and is easy to clean (nacreous finish).
