Simonazzi SD 72 head Rotary Bottle Rinser

This piece of used equipment was removed
from a Triblock rinser-filler-capper for a customer
that eliminated the rinser in order
to blow mold and feed directly to a Filler-Capper Monoblock.
Berks Plant Design reconfigured the unit
as a standalone rinser.
This machine was supplied
with modified bottle handling change parts design,
integral conveyor, and a brand new control system
to produce a standalone Rotary Bottle Rinser.
