With only one brewing day per week over 46 weeks,
it will produce more than 500 hl of beer
by simply adding two additional fermenters:
the refrigeration unit and control box are already sized for this option.
Energy efficient: has been operating since 2015
at the 36 kVA blue tariff,
all individual points were thermally insulated
in 2023 (value €8,116.12),
the hot water produced by the heat exchanger is recovered, etc.
Easy to maintain: the vessels are CIP-cleaned,
and the fittings are Tri-Clamp, hygienic,
and quickly removable.
Impeccable condition:
this equipment has only been in operation 10 days
a year since 2012. Meticulously maintained,
this brewery will impress you with its (like-new) shine.
A visually pleasing and compact hot block,
ideal for a bar-brasserie: height 3200 x length 2600 x width 2000 mm
(can be dismantled for transport).
