The machine with built-in screw temperature control
for processing "real" chocolate masses with cocoa butter.
The liquid mass is fed into the machine and lowered
to the preselected temperature in a controlled manner for processing.
This mass is then conveyed into the veil box and forms the mass veil
for covering the articles. An adjustable base wall provides
the cover on the article base, which can also be used without a full cover.
A blower and a vibrating device ensure that excess chocolate mass drips off,
with a de-tailing shaft being mounted for a clean article closure.
