The BVP-550 Portable camera shell is designed as the operational companion to the BVP-500 Studio Camera system. Utilizing the same 10 bit DSP processing this camera provides all the controls of the larger studio system. The BVP-550 system includes a wide variety of imaging capsules to choose from, ranging from a 520k 4:3 "IT" to a 520k "FIT" 16:9/4:3 switchable unit. This unit may be docked with a CA-550 Triax camera adapter for studio use or a CA-553 for docking to available Betacam SP or Betacam SX recorders. This package is designed for 4:3 operation and includes: BVP-550 Camera Shell, VCT-14 Tripod Plate, BVF-10 Viewfinder, Operation Manual.
