The line consists of the following components:

Operation of the PO-30 coring machine:
Station 1: the stem of the bell pepper is cut
Station 2: coring the bell pepper, removing seeds
Station 3: optional: cutting off the cap, the bottom of the bell pepper, or both simultaneously
Station 4: optional: segmenting into 4 pieces (also possible after machine modification, segmenting into 2, 3, 6 or 16 pieces)

Production capacity: 11,200 pieces/h (depending on product, quality, operator)
