Spiral Dough Mixer

Spiral mixer equipped with an inverter,
capacity of 20 kg of final dough,
fully painted steel frame and a speed control potentiometer ideal for highly hydrated doughs.

Single-phase voltage 220 V / 1 Ph / 50 Hz,
also suitable for domestic use.

The structure is mounted on four anti-vibration feet,
stainless steel fixed bowl as the safety guard,
while the control panel guard is made of plastic.
The spiral rotation direction can be reversed for a biga-like dough.
