Dowel drilling machine for the efficient dowelling of crossbars and slats, rungs and Door elements.
The window and door dowel drilling machine is an extended FD and is equipped
with a freely programmable PC control with a floppy disk drive and 14" screen equipped.
Up to 1000 drilling patterns with 10 holes each can be saved and accessed via code numbers.
Specially designed for window and Software developed by door manufacturers guarantees high cost-effectiveness and extreme precision.
Part of this machine is a pre-built STEGHERR-NC STOP positioning device that positions the workpiece with an accuracy of +/- 1/ 10 mm in front of the drilling unit.
Standard length of the stop for workpieces up to 3300 mm.incl. 1 single drill head and 4 vertically automatically controllable ones Heights.
Horizontally 4-way turret manually adjustable.
The machine is Hardware equipped with online capability.
The software connection to the higher-level computer takes place according to effort.
