Trough is S/S lined and measures 94″ l x 38″ w x 43″ deep,
includes 6″ end bottom discharge.
Ribbon assembly includes 8″ solid stainless steel shaft,
1-3/8″ w X 7/16″ thick outer ribbon, 4″ w x 1/4″ thick inner ribbon.
Ribbon speed 32 RPM. Driven by 15 HP, 220/440 v, 1800 rpm,
