Carbon steel double ribbon mixer.
Having a nominal working capacity of 600 cubic feet (4500 gallons).
Vessel measures 79″ wide x 92″ tall x 17′ long.
Overall dimensions are 90″ wide x 24′ long x 141-1/2″ high.
Double ribbon is driven by a 100 HP motor through
a Philadelphia gear reducer via chain and sprocket.
Ribbon set up for 21 RPM.
Left hand unit.
Vessel is jacketed and rated at 14.9 PSI.
9″ Center bottom discharge with
two (2) additional 14″ ports and
one additional 9″ port.
The two (2) additional 14″ ports need to be plugged.
Motor/gearbox were rebuilt,
but not used since rebuild.
Includes four (4) load cells and
a soft start without an enclosure.
Pulled from service 1/25/2024.
No lid.
Customer responsible to add top cover/safety grate before use.
