Tecnal MVF - Transmix 1200 Ingredient Mixers

Ingredient mixers, 2 pieces available (single shaft).
Previously used for mixing of cheeses and ingredients in preparation
of processed cheese production.
Ribbon blending mixer. Fully stainless steel.
Main motor for driving single horizontal shaft with double ribbon,
speed: n2 42 rpm. The ingenious design of the mix shaft where
the outside screw shape auger pushes the product forward
and the inner auger puls the product back garantees
a good mixing of viscose product.
In the top section the mixing takes place and there is a separate section
where the product is pushed out by 2 closed augers,
the 2 sections are separarated by a hedge.
Speed of motor of augers 4,4 kW - n2: 13 rpm.
CIP cleanable with spray bowls, placed on loadcells.
Inclusive manhole, breather and control panel. Drawings available.
