Tetra Pak TBA/21 TPA500SQ

Application:
The Tetra Pak TBA/21 TPA500 SQ is designed
for aseptic filling of 500 ml Tetra Prisma Aseptic
(TPA) cartons.
It is primarily used for liquid food products
such as milk, juices, plant-based
beverages, and wine.

Technical Specifications:
• Filling Volume:
500 ml per package.

• Capacity:
Approximately 8,000 packs per hour.

• Aseptic Filling:
Ensures the products are filled in aseptic conditions, keeping them fresh for a longer shelf
life without the need for refrigeration.

Main Components:
1. VIDEOJET 1630 Printer:
Used to print production dates, batch numbers, and other information directly on the
packages.

2. TCAP45 Cap Applicator:
Applies caps to the cartons. This unit comes with a NORDSON Problue 4 hot glue system.

3. TCP70 Packer:
Groups the filled and sealed packages into bundles for transportation. Equipped with a
NORDSON Problue 10 hot glue unit.

4. Conveyor Belts:
The production line includes about 65 meters of conveyor belts to transfer the packages
through different stages of the filling process.

Usage Purpose:
The machine is suitable for beverage industries aiming to produce high volumes of aseptic liquid
food packages efficiently.
