The Toshiba Aquilion CX is a high-definition, multi-slice CT scanner designed to
deliver outstanding performance and a versatile clinical workflow.
This system is a powerful upgrade to the Aquilion 64 platform and uses a
premium Quantum Advantage detector.
A key feature is Double Slice Technology combined with the coneXact algorithm,
which allows the scanner to generate and reconstruct 128 unique slices per rotation,
providing true isotropic resolution without a dose penalty.
The Aquilion CX also incorporates the SURETechnologies suite of software,
including SURECardio for precise cardiac imaging and SUREExposure for
automated dose reduction. With a high patient weight capacity and
a wide gantry aperture, this system is an excellent choice for
a wide variety of advanced, emergency, and routine radiology exams.

Key Features:
Slice Count: 64-detector row system that generates 128 unique slices per rotation with Double Slice Technology.
Detector: Quantum Advantage detector for superior low-contrast resolution.
Reconstruction Speed: Fast reconstruction rates of up to 28 images per second.
Dose Reduction: SUREExposure and AIDR 3D (on some models) for a reduction in
radiation dose.
Applications: SURECardio and SUREPlaque for advanced cardiac and vascular imaging.
Workflow: coneXact reconstruction for high-definition images and SURETechnologies
for a streamlined workflow.
