Trusioma EKN 160 mixer . produced in 1988
Very good overall condition
Completed with hydraulics ,pneumatics ,dust seal lubrication,
gearbox lubrication, inlet scale conveyor,control panel and
main electric panel (with some missing components from the power panel.)
Tangential type with friction ratio 1: 1,14 ( 24/27,4 rpm of rotors)
Useful volume of chamber is 160 ltrs. Filling factor is 0,7
Main motor is 800 kW ; 1000 rpm. ; 6000V
Total weight of the machine is 72 tons.
Gearbox : in perfect mechanical condition with
possibility for left/right orientation of main motor.
Brand new spare mixing chamber for it and set of spare dust seals.
The machine was mounted in 1989 , run for couple of years and stopped
because of the war in Serbia at that time.
The factory was never reopened since then.
Additionally : dozing systems for carbon black,chemicals and oil .
Scale conveyor, and other auxillary equipment.
