Tve escale Washing Range

1 TVE ESCALE – ASISA bleaching range, roll width 3.000 mm, composed of:
- Entry with BIANCO J-box accumulator, yoc. 1998 and grooved stretcher cylinders
- Preparation kitchen for chemical products with 6 tanks
- 2 TVE Escalé pretreatment/impregnation tank, with EVAC suction vacuum device.
- One impregnation tank with padder
- Steamer with transporting conveyor and passage cylinders
- 3 ASISA washing tanks with padder.
- Drum dryer for both fabric side, 2 dryer stacks of 8 drums each, diameter 800 mm, steam heated.
- Exit with BIANCO J-box accumulator, yoc. 1998
- Batcher for A-frames
- Entry to the dryer stenter frame with BIANCO guider, type Dogal
- BIANCO weft straightener with 8 detector cells.
- BRUCKNER BENGUEREL stenter frame, useful width 3.200 mm,

horizontal clip chain and E+L feeding group, 4 drying chambers,

heating by 8 gas burners
- BIANCO weft reading unit of 6 detector cells
- Exit with double batcher for A-frames
