The CASSIO hybrid folder-gluer is designed for the production of large-volume packaging.
Its unique design allows for the carton folding process to be performed in two different technological modes.
The machine features a special folding module equipped with a perpendicular closing system,
enabling the correct folding of very large cartons made from extremely rigid materials.
Standard cartons / Linear cyclic mode
Length min. 240mm/500mm, max. 1400mm/2200mm
Width min. 800mm/1200mm, max. 3000mm/6000mm
Two-panel cartons / Linear cyclic mode
Length min. 240mm/500mm, max. 1400mm/2200mm
Width min. 700mm/700mm max 1500mm/3000mm
The machine consists of 8 modules:
1) Sheet feeder
2) Folding module with closing unit
3) Linear formatting section
4) Linear folding section
5) Delivery module
6) Alignment unit
7) Platen press
8) Outfeed conveyor
