VMI TRIMIX

The 5 liter trimix is intended for industrial use for the production
of gels, creams, ointments requiring dispersion,
dissolution, homogenization, deaeration, heat exchange.

The Trimix is composed of:
A table frame with stainless steel casing
A mixer with two coaxial pendulum movements:

Slow peripheral movement:

Reduction-output speed: 50 to 200 RPM
Driven by frequency converter
Agitation: Anchor blade +4 articulated PTFE scrapers
Double direction of rotation

Slow central movement of counter agitation:
Motor: Power 0.25 kW
Reducer-output speed: 80 to 419 RPM
Driven by frequency converter
Agitation: 3 three-blade profiled turbines with a diameter of 120 mm

A tank bottom foam concentrate type EFC 70 GMS

Motor: Power 0.75kW - speed 3000 RPM
Output speed: 600 to 3000 RPM
Driven by frequency converter
Agitation: machined rotor/stator with narrow slots of diameter 70 mm

Double casing in 316L stainless steel
Double 304 L stainless steel jacket with circulation helicoid for heating or cooling
