The VWR Signature 5602 ultralow freezer features a microprocessor temperature control system,
an advanced monitor/alarm system, automatic voltage compensator,
a cascade refrigeration system, and non-CFC, non-HCFC, nonflammable refrigerants.
The temperature can be set in 1°C increments and an LED display shows the chamber temperature.
Air-cooled, hermetically-sealed dual compressors work in unison and cycle on demand
of the microprocessor temperature controller.
The automatic voltage compensator detects line frequency, monitors incoming voltage,
and adjusts compressor voltage to reduce wear and tear on the compressors.
