The whole factory is made combined second hand machines and new machines.
The MOGUL line will be revised, painted and cleaned.
W&D Mogul line. Model 361B, with 2 depositor head , 4 color each.
Up to 30 trays per minute.
Include 8.000 Trays and starch. (One whole shift).
Candy Cleaner conveyor.
Sugar coating drum.
Oiling coating drum.
Include: Stach powder vacumm system, starch filter, cooling and heating system.
Cooking system is compoused by:
Glucose tank for 22 tons with heating system to keep the syrup inside warm.
Electric panel with touch screen, PLC and program to control the whole cooking line.
1 Infeed screw for sugar.
1 Mixing tank for premix with around 500 liters.
1 Mixing tank for premix with around 500 liters
1 Whole Cooking system fro 1.500 Kgs/h (New).
1 Waiting tank for Gelatine.
2 Waiting tanks before color/flavour adding.
1 Waiting tank for mixing (foam) jellies.
1 Mondomix for foam jelly candies.
Color and flavor system with tanks for 4 colors/flavors - automatic adding system with peristaltic pumps.
Equipments required for drying rooms: For 300 square meters.
