This modular professional and complete 8 stations collator (with SlimVac vacuum suction feeder system and air separation)
collates and produces magazines, books, booklets (different sizes), reports and blocks in one handling job.
The sheets are collated and delivered to the online BookMaster Pro and TrimMaster Pro booklet maker for stapling (saddle, block and corner),
folding, trimming and further delivery to the conveyor belt.
This is done completely without any manual labour. Settings and sizes can be made automatically on the full colour and interactive touch screen operating panel
for programming and all necessary settings (thickness, format, stapling, trimming etc.).
