Weber ENW-50-Vi

Weber ENW-50-Vi (Germany) automatic bagging line for bulk materials in open, multi-layer paper bags with a 10-50 kg capacity and bag seal, with a throughput of 6 bags per minute and labeling capability.
Manufactured in 1992, the material path is additionally lined with rubber, reducing noise during operation and enabling the machine to handle even highly abrasive materials. Filling accuracy is 25 ± 0.2 kg.
Line Operations
1. Feeding an empty bag from a continuous storage hopper
2. Opening the bag
3. Dosing and weighing the material to be filled on a belt conveyor
4. Feeding the bag under the filling hopper
5. Pouring the material into the bag
6. Sewing the bag and inserting a paper tape
7. Leveling and compacting the material in the bag
8. Applying variable information (marker) (date, batch number, time, etc.)
9. Removing the filled bag along the conveyor

The packaging line includes:
1. Compressor station (4-cylinder compressor, 1.5 m³ receiver)
2. Vacuum unit (vacuum pump)
3. Automatic dispenser with scale
4. Bag magazine with feeding mechanism for loading
5. Loading device for filling paper and open polypropylene (polyethylene) bags
6. Bag feeding mechanism for sewing
7. Bag sewing machine
