90mm Welex single screw extruder. DC 75kw motor through 11:8 gearbox, with maximum screw speed of 148rpm.
Emerson MP210A4 drive. 415V 50hz. Motor driven through enclosed pulley. 30D vented barrel with aluminium heater coolers with water cooling.
Vacuum pump with include with interceptor pot/tank.
5 zone cooling manifold with valve control for each zone. Hydraulic lantern slide screen changer with 90mm diameter screens (2) hydraulic power pack with pressure switch.
Throttle valve for pressure regulator, then Welex/Maag model 56/56 gear pump (95-546) with 15kw dc motor 1850rpm with 15:1 gearbox.
Dc motor controlled with Mentor II dc drive
Main control panel with ABB main contactor, rated at approx 315A.
Welex ABA feedblock with replaceable inserts for ABA layer configuration.
50mm Welex pillar mounterd coextruder.
24D fan cooled barrel. 15kw dc motor, with 1850rpm max speed. DC motor controlled with Mentor II dc drive.
760mm wide Welex HD100 flexlip sheet die.
0-2.5mm die gap. No choker bar
890mm x 300mm 3 roll polishing stack.
Downstack configuration. 3hp dc motor 5.6A through inline gearbox for chrome roll speed control.
Roll speeds controlled with Mentor II dc drive for rolls and haul off. 3 zone pump group. Each roll has 3hp pump and own heater.
Central heat exchanger controls water cooling for each roll through motorised valves.
Cooling conveyor approx 4m long, through anti stat bath.
