Wepackit Machinery Case Packer Robotic 350CP

Wepackit, Model 350CP, 3-axis, automatic, top load, pick and place, case packer.
Capable of loading (6) cases at a time at 10 cycles per minute,
number of containers and cases – depending on materials,
application, and machine configuration.

Equipped with 13¾" wide x 274" long (4) lane Intralox style infeed belt
with pneumatic lane diverter, 10" wide x 364" long rubber belt case conveyor
with pneumatic gate indexing, (6) head (12) suction cup product pick and place heads,
will repeat cycles until cases are completely packed.

Control panel has an AB PLC with push button reset, pick-up jog, box abort and E-stop.
Control switches for product conveyor on / off / auto, box conveyor on / off / auto and head manual / auto.
Mounted on stainless steel base with lock down safety guarding.
Capable of handling tubs, bottle, cans, cartons, sacks and thermoform trays with proper change parts.
