Milk or whey skimmer, self-cleaning.
It efficiently separates raw milk into cream and skimmed milk.
This separation is necessary to be able to extract different products
from the raw milk, such as low-fat milk, whole milk, cream.

Including bowl, motor cover,
pneumatic counter pressure valve milk ,
flowindicator and manual flow regulation valve
for cream, manouvering water valves and OWM.
Motor 18,5 kW - 38 A - 50 Hz. Liquid clutch drive
and one spare clutch.
Supplied with set of tools with ring key and pressing tool and a set spare parts.
Excluding base frame and control panel.
