Wilevco Series 9 Batter Mixing System

Has an open frame for ease of operation,
maintenance and sanitation. It has three all stainless steel lobe pumps with direct drives;
one with 1HP, the second with 2HP and a third large one.
It features viscosity control,
low shear mixing of the full range of batters including leavened batter.
It has Allen Bradley with PanelView Plus touchscreen control.
The mixer is 460V, three phase.
There is no Cryolator included with this system
and a reserve tank would need to be added.
The level control for the reserve tank is included.
