WLS Rolling & Scoring Line

The "Red Line" WLS Gimpel System for maximum outputs up to 3,000 Kg/h
The High performance plant, 18 inch Working Width (about 450 mm)

The line consists of:
1- WLS heavy duty sheet extruder; 2 screws;
diameter of each screw 20 cm; motor power 11kw.
2- Sheet rolling machine; to press the gum sheet,
several reducing rolling stations brings the sheet to final thickness.
3- Cooling Tunnel; to cool gum sheet; 3 tier;
4 m Length; 5 HP cooling unit.
4- Scoring machine; to cut the gum sheet lengthwise
into strips by the first cutting station.
The succeeding cutting station cuts the strips across with each revolution.
5- Conveyor to take excess gum from scoring machine back to extruder.
6- 2nd Cooling Tunnel; to cool final product,
1 tier, 4 m length, 5 HP cooling unit
