Mold filling machine for decorative plates type W-FW-200,
working width approx.: 420 mm
suitable for continuously filling Makrolon molds by flooding them
with chocolate or fat glaze.
Stacked in a magazine, the molds are pulled off a chain conveyor
and passed under a veil of chocolate.
The form is completely flooded with mass.
Then the top of the mold is wiped off twice,
and finally the sides are freed from excess mass.
During the run, the molds are vibrated to expel any trapped air and smooth the surface.
