Complete working Brewery fabricated in stainless steel
which is insulated and clad in a quality timber finish.
It is a 5BBL /8HL plant consisting of:
· Mash Tun
· Kettle – 36Kw Electrically heated with decorative copper dome,
Hop adittions port,Large side entry Manway door
for spent hop removal, Wort sample tap
and hop retaining plate.
The kettle is designed for use with whole flower hops
· Jacketed 1100L Cold liquor Tank
· 1100Litre 12kw electrically heated Hot liquor Tank
· Fermenting vessels x 3 . vertical cylindrical vessels with dished top and bottom. The vessells are fully enclosed with top manway entry points. They are fitted with external cooling jackets and are insulated and clad in Timber
· Pumps
· Heat exchanger
· Misc Pipework
· Control Panel
· Cask Washer
· 2 x 2.5BBL (400 litre) conditioning tanks
· 2 x 5BBL ( 8HL ) conditioning tanks
· 1 X 1000L Jacketed Conditioning
· 1 X 800 L Grundy Racking Tank
· 1 X 400 L Grundy tank
· 2 X Ice bank Coolers
