The Xdrop instrument is a user-friendly microfluidic droplet generator for high-throughput single-cell functional analysis. It rapidly encapsulates individual cells, organelles or DNA into uniform double-emulsion (water-in-oil-in-water) picoliter droplets.
Seamless flow cytometry & sorter integration: Double-emulsion droplets are fully compatible with leading systems (Sony MA900, Agilent NovoCyte), supporting multi-laser multiplexing and large-particle sorting for high-purity, single-droplet dispensing into 96-well plates.
Imaging-ready droplets: Compatible with high-content imaging platforms for time-lapse and endpoint analysis.
8-sample parallelization: Process up to 8 samples simultaneously for unmatched throughput and reproducibility.
