The Zeiss OPMI CS is a surgical microscope developed by Carl Zeiss Meditec.
It is designed to deliver high-quality images acquired from routine examinations
and surgical procedures centering on Ophthalmic applications.
The OPMI CS is easy to use, mobile, versatile, and compact which makes
it specifically well-suited for procedures in the field of Ophthallmology,
such as Cataract and and Vitreo-Retinal surgeries.
Equipped with two 0-180 degree inclinable binoculars,
a 300-watt xenon light source, and a versatile objective lens,
the CS surgical microscope ensures that optimal illumination can be delivered
to a specific area. Combined with the improved reach
and maneuverability of the whole system,
the surgical microscope can deliver the razor-sharp images expected
from a medical device bearing the Zeiss optical system.
The CS operating microscope is compatible with the S4 floor stand,
the NC1 Contraves floor stand, and the NC2 Contrave foot stand.
Any of these foot stands can increase the functionality
of the surgical microscope while also reducing the footprint of the whole system.
The razor-sharp images, the enhanced positioning capability,
and the ergonomically designed foot stand are combined
to provide the surgeons with optimum comfort while performing surgeries.
