4 Graham 50mm extruder

2020 50-28S (50 mm) 28:1 L/D smooth bore air-cooled extruders
with an AC variable frequency controlled Compact Direct Drive featuring
a fully integrated 20 hp motor and gearbox assembly.
There are four (4) zones for heating and cooling with
a pressure transducer located at the exit of the barrel.
The barrel is a one-piece alloy steel cylinder with a centrifugally cast liner;
precision honed to the final bore diameter.
The screw is a high efficiency, low shear design with hard facing for long wear.
A screw extractor is provided for easy screw removal.
The extruder is mounted on a support frame.
Gear box ratio is 14:1
