Aasted Frozen cone shell moulding line

Frozen cone shell moulding line has one shell depositor,
4 filling depositors and one bottom depositor –
each divided into 4 hoppers each. It also includes 2 Aasted temperers –
one 250kg capacity and the other 500kg capacity.
The cooling of the line comes from a centralised cooling system.
Metal detector included.

The line is used to make dark and milk chocolate at the same time (in the same mould).

Currently the line is being used to produce pralines that go into boxes, but was previously used to also produce bars.

Product specific tools, like, frozen cone, mould set are not included.

Control system partly upgraded in 2015. It is an Omron PLC control system
