SLICER

Compositions:
The slicer is equipped with 4 magazines consisting of:
4 conveyor belts with synchronous spikes controlled by a servomotor
4 chutes defined according to the products to be sliced
Pneumatic control for disengaging the chutes from the belts for loading

CUTTING CART
The cut is ensured by a ribbon blade on 2 titanium wheels 200 mounted on a titanium transverse piece
The cutting carriage is guided by “Hepco inox” rails and rollers.
The cutting movement is controlled by a Sew Usocome Servo-reducer, a through shaft and two crank rod systems
The flywheels are driven by a Sew Usocome Gearmotor equipped with a transmission shaft and an expandable pulley allowing constant tension of the V-belt drive.
A torque-limiting tensioning system allows the tension to be correctly adjusted on the blade.
The cutting blade is lubricated by an automatic gun fed by a low pressure water network.

DELIVERY CONVEYOR:
The reception and distribution of the slices is ensured by a two-ply polyurethane belt conveyor motorized by a Sew Usocome servo-reducer
Removal of products by a 16 mm diameter saber at the end of the conveyor
Band quick release system.
Openwork sole for easy cleaning.
Conveyor entirely made of stainless steel.
