The driver controls a combination of two programmable attenuators and two SPDT switches. Alternatively, it can control up to ten SPDT switches.
This unit includes GPIB control, with USB and LAN options for remote integration. The Keysight 11713B is also compatible with the Keysight 11713A.

The 11713B attenuator/switch driver is a GPIB-compatible (LXI optional) instrument capable of driving up to two four-section programmable step attenuators and two microwave coaxial switches concurrently.
