Frozen Meat Crushing & Buffering Line with
Weighing Technology and Palbox Handling
System for crushing frozen meat blocks, consisting of:
Coarse pre-crushing – Blocks are fed directly
from the pallet into the machine by forklift.
The pre-crushed pieces are transferred
by a Z-conveyor belt and transported
to the Vogelsang crushing unit.
There, they are inspected for metallic contamination by a LOMA metal detector.
The crushed pieces are conveyed to the charging unit via a Z-conveyor belt.
This unit has a capacity of approximately 2,000 kg.
The charging hopper rests on load cells.
A Palbox conveyor system ensures that the Palboxes are filled
to the specified weight and then conveyed onward.
