Laminating unit fabric and felt are adhered with special pvc mixture. PVC application is applied with a rotation printing system, then it is pressed and glued with compression rollers.

Drying oven 12 m lengthwith 4 chambers and heated by infrared tube, each chamber has 36 kw power and temperature control can be made, the oven is covered with 50mm thick isolation panels, there are 12 fans that provide hot air circulation in the oven, there is an exhaust fan on the furnace that transfers the vapor and smoke generated to the chimney (chimney roof connection not included)
Cooling unit while the hot product coming out of the oven is on the belt, is cooled by cooling fans.
