Asitrade In-Line Laminator (Double-Wall)

This is an Asitrade In-Line litho-laminating corrugator line (Double-Wall) with a 1650 mm working width.
The machine is based on a 1995 Asitrade platform (first gluing and single facer)
but has undergone significant Bobst sub-system upgrades between 2016 and 2018.
The line is capable of processing E, B, F, and C flutes.

Key upgrades include:
Bobst Triplo J13 second gluing unit (2016)
Bobst QBK cut-off/order change system (2017)
Bobst COPAR registration and control (2018)
Bobst Modul Facers MF260 (2017), and Bobst ARS reel stands/splicers (2017).

The web handling features a pressure belt conveyor, while downstream handling includes flip-flops and a non-stop high-pile stacker.
The controls/HMI are a hybrid of the legacy base with the 2016-2018 Bobst upgrades.
The machine is currently operational and in production in Italy.
