pot filling lines for layered chilled desserts.
5 depositing stations building up the layers as the pots move round,
liquids, mousses, jellies, custard, cream, chocolate,
coffee, caramel, toffee, fruit sauces, layers nuts candy, biscuit pieces etc.,
Also station for crumbles, sprinkles and sauce toppings etc.,
biscuit, chocolate chip, sponge Trifle, cheesecake,
bases deposited, tampered and pressed.

pot sizes and volumes are adjustable. comes with pot carriers
for 3inch round, 2 1/4inch square and large dessert 6inch pots such a trifle bowls
high speed layered pot dessert lines. speeds of approximately
10,000/hour small individual pots and large desert bowls at 2,500/hour
come with lid sealing with heat seal
also available a dedicated packing room equipment
in order that products are labelled, tray-packed
before the filling line each has an ingredients unloading
and mixing station. product coming in from large hoppers and IBCs
