An automated industrial system is offered for the production of homogeneous confectionery glaze, chocolate glaze, and fat-based fillings. The equipment ensures stable texture, controlled viscosity, and high product quality in accordance with modern food production standards.
Thanks to intensive grinding and mixing, a uniform, lump-free structure is achieved with consistent results from batch to batch.
