The MIXING SYSTEM TBL-3 has been designed and developed to satisfy new requirements in the textile industry and in particular in the production sectors like non-woven articles, felts, the mattress industry and others.
Our Bale Openers are suitable for many different types of fibers, of short and medium lenght. Each bale breaker is equipped with double horizontal conveyor and can be loaded with full bales, of any dimension and weight.
The opening of the bales is done by a spiked lattice PVC apron, driven by an inverter. The doffing roller and the stripping roller are of accurate diameter and are driven by an individual gear motor controlled by the frequency inverter.
