Thermalbonding polyester line for sale
The line has 4 carding lines laying polyester on a 5 meter wide bed the passes through a 12 meter oven.
We have an opener for the polyester that feeds into 4 hoppers with weigh cell and a Garnet system. The machine has a recycler and a cross cutter.
It produces from 100gsm to 1800gsm thermally bonded polyester from 15mm to 150mm high.
The machine in a Wise from the USA.
Built in the 1980's, it has bale opener, recycler and crosscutter build new by Befama. Garnett put in a new weigh system for the hoppers.
