The California can do the following cutting applications, provided that the product is peeled and de-stoned before :
- Dicing: 3,5 – 7 – 10 – 13 – 16 – 19 mm and 1 inch
- Stripping: 3,5 – 7 –10 –13 – 16 –19 mm, even with ondulated profile
- Slicing: 1,5 and 20 mm thickness
- Shredding: in match-like shapes 3,5 x 3,5 mm

Cutting Groups: fixed blade for slicing, straight blades for transversal cutting, circular blades for longitudinal cutting.
