GLUING UNIT, LOADING AND PRESSURE OF EDGE :
• ANTI-ADHESIVE ADZ-700 unit to allow optimal cleaning of the workpiece on the upper and lower surface of the panel.
• GLUING UNIT VC-710 with TEKNO GLUE system complete with:
- Hot air gluing system AirForceSystem
- Gluing system for hot melt glue EVA
- Pre-melting device QM-705 for hot melt glue EVA

• END TRIMMING UNIT IT90-S with n.2 motors to cut the excess edge on the front and rear of the panel with inclination of the motors on the vertical axis from 0° to 25° automatic adjustment of the excess edge. Kit of nr. 3 pneumatic positions managed by NC - Motor power 0,8 kW + 0,8 kW 12.000 rep/min
• FINE TRIMMING UNIT RF400 for trimming and/or edging the top and bottom of the applied edge - Automatic regulation through 4 axes managed by NC. Automatic pneumatic exclusion of the group. Motor power 2,0 + 2,0 kW 12.000 rep/min
• Spray liquid application unit LPT-700
• Multifunctional ROUNDING UNIT with nr. 2 motors AR-30 with FAST system with nr.2 positions pre-selectable from NC for automatic edge corners rounding on top and bottom of the panel - Motors power 0,65 + 0,65 kW 12.000 rep/min
• EDGE SCRAPING UNIT RBK-503 for edge finishing in ABS/PVC very thick to eliminate the imperfections derived from previous machining operations on the upper and lower part of the edge. Pneumatic multi-radius from NC. Automatic pneumatic exclusion of the unit
• GLUE SCRAPING UNIT RCC-701 for the removal of the excess glue from the join between edge and panel. Automatic exclusion of the unit
• Spray liquid application unit LPT-700
• MILLING UNIT TA-501 adjustable 0°-90° with automatic intervention . Group with timed intervention and pneumatic movement for horizontal/vertical milling of the panel
• OVERLAPPED BRUSHING UNIT SP-501 with nr. 2 motors for cleaning and polishing the rounded edge
