An automated, IVD-labeled system for
the complete extraction of nucleic acids
from various sample types and volumes.
It is an innovative platform specifically designed
for complete nucleic acid extraction from biological samples.
The system utilizes an enhanced magnetic
silica variant of bioMérieux's proprietary BOOM technology,
considered the gold standard for universal RNA and DNA extraction.
It processes 1 to 24 samples per run
and binds nucleic acids to NucliSENS magnetic silica particles.
Validated sample types include plasma,
serum, whole blood, cerebrospinal fluid,
urine, stool, and respiratory tract samples.
Input volumes range from 10 to 1000 microliters,
while the output volume can be selected
from 25 to 110 microliters in 5-microliter increments.
