Band Saw
The 2014 Saw is complete and functional and includes a 4200mm table upstream and downstream.
For straight and bevel cuts up to 60° left and right.
Machine mounted on a mechanically welded frame with a working height of 756 mm.
With oversized hydraulic unit and lubricating device with electric pump.
This machine is equipped with:
• TRI 400 V motor, power 2.2 kW, cutting speeds from 20 to 120 m/min.
• Speed variator.
• Descent of the saw bow by hydraulic cylinder (gradually adjustable).
• Force sensor on the guide arm to limit the descent speed when the tape arrives in wider sections (or harder materials).
• Raising of the saw arm by hydraulic jack.
• Long-stroke hydraulic vice that can move left and right.
• Self-locking vice jaws.
• Indication of cutting angles on graduated sector located on the front, near the locking lever.
• Electric control of the tension and the rupture of the ribbon.
• Band stop at the end of the cut.
• Cable motorized chip brush from the motor reducer.
• Control panel on the front of the machine.
