Inserted probe to check the speed of core temperature reduction
Adjustable slides in 25mm increments
Access hatch separating the deep freezing and storage compartments

Management of 4 types of cycles:
timed positive rapid cooling and positive storage at the end of the cycle;
Timed freezing and negative storage at the end of the cycle;
blast chilling using a probe and positive storage
at the end of the cycle;
Controlled freezing using a probe and negative storage at the end of the cycle.
Power supply: 400V 3-phase + 2-phase + 1-phase
