Bruker LUMOS FTIR Microscope
EUROPE (Western and Northern)
The Bruker LUMOS is a standalone FTIR microscope
with an 8x objective lens that can be operated in transmission,
reflection, and ATR modes. It saves measurement results
in a single file containing visible images,
spectral data, and sample information.
The software offers powerful and user-friendly features
for evaluating and visualizing microscopic data.
The LUMOS combines an integrated FTIR spectrometer
that is optimally matched to the optical design.
All components are motorized and electronically coded.
Thanks to a motorized ATR crystal,
the system can switch between transmission or reflection
and ATR modes without manual intervention
and can fully automatically acquire sample
and background spectra in ATR mode.
The central element of any FTIR spectrometer is the interferometer,
and the LUMOS uses a patented, permanently aligned RockSolid interferometer that is extremely insensitive
to mirror tilt, vibration, and thermal influences.
Includes a PC with software.
