The harvested grapes are continuously fed into the destemming room via a funnel;
they are then accelerated to destemming speed by large blades.
The basket and destemming shaft rotate in the same direction.
This prevents the harvested grapes from being cut.
Performance: approx. 12 to 20 t/h (depending on the grape variety, type and quality of the grapes)
