Cam AVC 1, Case Packer

The AVC continuous-motion vertical case packer
was designed by CAM to meet the medium-to-high-speed packaging needs
of products whose positioning in the carton and final presentation
cannot be guaranteed by horizontal positioning.
All movements are controlled by closed-profile cams
that have undergone a surface hardening treatment.
This feature, along with the high-strength structure,
reduces maintenance and guarantees the machine's long life.
Like all CAM continuous-motion case packers,
the AVC features an exclusive carton assembly system
incorporating a 4-station turret, each driven separately
by closed-profile cams for carton collection at zero speed.
This system allows for complete and progressive pre-disassembly
of the carton in a time period longer than the machine's cycle time.
