Carpigiani Coldelite Compacta 3003 RTX Dialog Combi ice machine

The Coldelite Compacta 3003 RTX Dialog combination machine from Carpigiani is
a pasteurizer and ice cream maker in one appliance. The machine is in immaculate overall condition
and is suitable for medium and large production plants.

Two machines in one unit:
in the upper part there is the horizontal cylinder for preparing mix
in the lower part there is the horizontal cylinder for making ice cream

So in a single machine is included the entire processing cycle for ice:
the mixer for mixing the raw materials
the pasteurizer to pasteurize the ingredients of the mix
the batch freezer for making ice cream, sorbets and fruit cream
